This ring is a salvage of an amazing Sterling silver hollow form Georg Jensen #131 clip on earring that had a broken clip back. I couldn’t bear to melt these down as “scrap”. I wanted to preserve the AMAZING design in the form of a ring.
The former earring sits atop a wide, tapered “anvil textured” band fabricated from 18g Sterling silver sheet. The band measures appx 10mm at the back and appx 20mm at the widest.
This ring can also serve as a “worry”/fidget ring due to the smooth concave surface.
