This shy Moonstone has a whisper of purple adularescence (“flash”) that disappeared when I set it on silver. So, to help it “pop” I set this semi-transparent stone over a piece of denim fabric. The purple “flash” and the dark navy denim blue combine to render a vibrant indigo hue.
Set on a 20g Sterling silver textured backplate atop a 4mm wide Sterling silver textured band.
