These “Antique French” Tarot Card Major Arcana and Minor Arcana pendants feature the art of the Etteilla Tarot.
The variations are named for their RWS corresponding card. While a lot of the interpretations carry over, the Etteilla cards offer different meanings and historic context.
The pendants measure 2 1/4” long x 1 1/8” wide and are hand cut-n-sawn from 20g or 22g copper sheet and then slightly domed. They have a cosmic blue counter enamel on the back and a solid color on the front to set off the decal image.
The pendants hang from an “on-trend” 18” Stainless Steel 3.4mm double rope style chain with lobster clasp.
The Fool and The Tower (yellow) come on a substantial 16” 4.8mm oval link chain with a toggle style clasp.
*** ENAMEL CARE ***
Enamel is glass powder fused to copper using a kiln. These earrings have a decal image that has been fused into the enamel. Do not bend (and try not to drop) pendant as it can cause the enamel to crack and/or chip. Treat enamel items like glass. Copper is sensitive to temperature extremes and exposure to acidic liquids. Handle with care.
